Summary: login passwords required before set
Initial Comment:
After the reboot, the 3 choices are displayed:
0) Shell
1) Restore Factory Defaults
2) Reboot
selecting 0 brings up:

and - since there was no offer to set the passwords
previously, the root account is locked out.
The green interface doesn't respond to http or https at this
point, either.
