Summary: traffic shaping on other interfaces
Initial Comment:
There is a strong need for traffic shaping between the
orange and the red, for small setups where the server isn't
supposed to take away all the bandwidth from the
red<->green. Limits between green-orange are
undesirable though ;)
Both ipcop and endian have the same shaping setup, which can
only operate on red, and without taking traffic endpoints
into account.
