I have the exact same problem, even after a server restart
(I had to
apply some patches last night along with trying to get this
working).
Thanks,

I had the same problem and was able to get it to work by
disabling NT
Authentication completely from the site.
Open IIS, go to the properties of the Eventum Site, select
Directory
Security, Edit Anonymous Access by clicking Edit, Uncheck
"Integrated
Windows Authentication" (Mine has no boxes checked on
bottom half. Only
"Anonymous Access" is checked.
This has been working for me for many many months with IIS.
