How to retrieve email via download_email.php? No Password?

I'm trying to set up a scheduled task in Windows to download
the email
automatically, but cannot get it to authenticate my pop3
account.

 

Where in this thing do I need to supply a password for my
pop3? The
parameters ask for host, username and inbox, and that's it.

 

I apologize if this has been answered before, but for some
reason over the
last week, the list search tool times out on me whenever I
try to use it.
