| Sender as authorized replier in 1.7.1 |

Hi,
I'm running Eventum 1.7.1 and would need to have senders of
auto-created
issues being added to the authorized repliers list. From the
changelog I
can see that this should be the case with 1.7.1 but it
doesn't seem to
work. Any ideas?
Kind regards,

I just tested this on my own instance and it works as
expected. Does the
sender have an account in Eventum?

No, the sender does not have an account as this can be
anyone sending in
a support request. I've also noticed that Eventum 1.7.1
calls itself
1.7.0. Is this correct or does the 1.7.1 download link
provide something
completely different?
Thanks,
Mattias

There was a bug in the Eventum 1.7.1 setup script that used
the old
version number. If you care to change it, edit
"APP_VERSION" in
config.inc.php
This is the diff of what was changed to add that feature:
http://svn.
mysql.com/fisheye/browse/eventum-gpl/eventum/include/class.s
upport.php?r1=2661&r2=2908
Since I have been unable to reproduce this problem, please
add some
debug information and see if that code is being executed.
Best Regards,
/bryan

Hey Bryan
I acutally sent an email in august about this issue, but no
one replied.
It seems like the changes for class.support.php isn't in the
1.7.1
tarball.
Here is the link to the mail i sent back then: http://lists.mysql.com/
eventum-users/3494
I just tried downloading eventum-1.7.1.tar.gz and compared
it to the
one from svn, and the
changes is in fact not in the tarball.
In order to get this function to work I had to manually
patch
class.support.php to get the
single line that would make it all work lige magic

Could you send me the patched file?
