RSS Feed of Issues List

One feature I would like to see added is the ability to
subscribe to
an RSS feed of issues. I see code that hints this feature
exists or is
being developed but I could not find any documentation of
it. If this
feature does exist already, could someone please point me to
the
documentation of it?
