I'm setting up Eventum for a small group. There will be one
person who is
the admin that will handle the project, then others that are
just reporters.
What must I do in the setup so that whenever a new issue is
created, it gets
sent to the person it was assigned to or the administrator?
SMTP is working
to let me know when new accounts are created/modified, but
I'm not getting
any when new issues are created.
