Internal notes in eventum 1.7.0

Hi, 
I found that when posting an internal note you have the
option to set
new status for the issue. I use this feature to explain
other team
members the reasons for the updated status.
However when email is received, the issue details part still
shows old
status.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
