Issue copy, delete

Hi,

"Copy Issue" is something precisely I have been
yearning for - I call it
"Clone Issue".  I just want some hints / tips on
how to implement it and
probably I could do it.

For deleting, there is not direct feature / button in
Eventum.  But
there is an item in one of the Wiki pages on how to delete
issues
(http://eventum.mysql.org/wiki/index.php/Deleting_Issues).
