Is there a way to allow a reporter to return to an issue
they created and
update it?

Since I'm not using the full email integration, I'd like a
user to be able
to update an issue they entered and add notes to it, or
whatever.

It seems like it should be possible to do this outside of
email.

I see I could change the users to be "Standard
Users" intead of reporters,
but that lets them see and change things like internal and
time tracking
notes, which isn't right. I'm assuming a Standard User
should be an
employee.

Anyway, I just want my customers to be able to enter an
issue, and then
return and update it if necessary.

Thanks!

Van

If you setup an email account for the project, then the
reporter will be
able to add a new email via the web interface. However, they
will be
unable to actually update the issue.

You are correct.

Unfortunately this isn't possible at the moment, but you
can set them up
to add more emails to the issue.
