Thread: Importing projects from one instance to another

Importing projects from one instance to another

Hi All,

I am having a performance problem. I am moving a project
from one
Eventum instance to another. This new project has 22 custom
fields
associated with it so I now have a total of 44 custom fields
defined in
my new instance of eventum. Once I add this project in,
performance
really drags when I do a list. I have tracked the slowdown
to be the
query where the custom fields are pulled out for the list.
Each query
might take 6-8 seconds which is too long. Before I put this
project in,
the amount of time spent in this query is negligible. I now
have 91K
rows in the eventum_issue_custom_field table. Does anyone
have an ideas
on how to speed this back up.

Thanks,

Barry

Hi Barry,

What version of Eventum are you running? As mentioned on the
mailing
list recently there is a bug regarding custom fields on the
list issue
page. Are any of the custom fields date fields?

Best Regards,
/bryan
