I have the mods to accomplish this to some degree. It will
allow you to set
up the individual project admins as "Manager" and
they will have full access
to manage their projects, but not anyone else's projects.
They can even add
new users - but only for their project. It works fine here
and doesn't have
a lot of changes. If you are on the base 1.7.1, I can send
you the .php
files that have the changes.

Unfortunately this is not possible at this time. In the
future we will be
re-working the permission system to be more flexible, but
there is no
estimate for this.
