I can't create a catchall, but I can create a POP3 address
per project.
As I understand it, I can configure so that emails that are
SENT by the
system are from the address associated with the project:
foobar-project-support domain.com
Recipients can reply/send emails to that address that will
be assigned
to an issue as long as they use an issue specific string in
the subject,
such as [12345].
I'll play with that to see how it works.
However, does this mean that I no longer have to run the
scripts:
misc/route_emails.php and misc/route_notes.php??

If you can setup a catchall (i.e. * support.example.com) that
will work,
or as a final backup you can use subject based routing with
a single
email address, i.e. support example.com.
