Hi All,
I did two customization in eventum. The first was locking
the statuses
according the process of the company. For example, if the
process fixes the
following statuses:
* New
* Analysis
* Work
* Resolved
…
And, for example, the status ‘Work’ only can be access after
status
‘Analysis’. Actually, eventum shows all the status
available, and I created
one method through ‘workflow’ to show only the status
allowed according the
process.
Other customize was create some reports, such as:
* Statuses per build;
* CR´s per build;
* Reject per build;
* Defects in opened;
