Issues numbering...

Is there a way to have the issues auto number in the
following format:

2007-0001  (YYYY-####)


Our QA department (the last stop for most all our tickets)
tracks,
files, and audits this way.  There is push-back on the
numbering schema
so I'm trying to match what they currently utilize.

I'm utilizing Eventum 2.0.1, MySQL50, PHP 5.2.4.
