Translating exodus to German

Hello together,

i wanted to ask if somebody already is working on a German
translation
of exodus, otherwise i am willing to become the German
translator for
that project as i want to use it and have ambitions to
support an open
source project like exodus.

Please give me an answer fast so that i know if i should
start or not.
