Integration of MainConcept h.264 encoder

Hi there!

First of all, thanks for ffmpeg!

I recently got a fresh copy of the MainConcept h.264 codec
(donated) to test
the encoder against x264. In order to use the encoder
integration into ffmpeg
would be nice, so that I can continue to use VLC. Is there
an implementation
I could use? I have no experience with C so I would prefer
any given
implementation to my own code.
