Additions to Electronic Arts chunked multimedia format parsing code

This patch makes several small changes to the parsing code
for the 
Electronic Arts chunked multimedia format required for the
patches to 
follow for the various codecs (S16LE_PLANAR, MP3, MDEC,
MPEG2VIDEO, CMV, 
Madcow, TGQ, TQI and TGV) which I will post when this patch
is checked in 
(unless there is a proper way to produce a patch containing
the new changes 
for each codec without the changes in this patch)
It's based on the patch from Peter Ross.
