Concreting the lawn was your solution, forcing the moles to

Breaking Net:NS IPv6
functionality is definitely not the correct thing to do.

Failing to comply with GPL clause 2(a) is not the correct
way to do it.

Even if your change had not broken anything, the bug would
still remain, same as
it was 6 weeks ago.
