SimpleMente theme

If we are to code a new theme for the wiki, an idea is to
base it on SimpleMente:

Stong points are accessibility and usability:

 * Source ordered (better search engine optimization) and
 * skip links, customizable accesskeys and structuring
hidden h1 headings for a
more AccessibleMoin.
 * Completely CSS based (no tables).
 * Fluid, elastic layout.
 * Contains code for Google Analytics.
