It means you're referencing a file which doesn't exist.
showxml.php
doesn't exist at the location you told rapidfeeds.com it
does. Get the
correct URL and try again.

And don't spam lists with messages like "The best Home
Page"; that's a
good way to make sure your messages go without responses. No
one likes
spammers. Everyone wants spammers to die protracted, painful
deaths.
