Martin,
I tried this and I am sure we are close to the solution. The
problem is
(I guess) that the subdirectory fontconfig is not mentioned
as an
include directory. What does your compilation look like?
Mine looks
like this:
g++-3.3 -I.. -Os -Wall -Wunused -Wno-format-y2k -fPIC
-fno-exceptions -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE
-I/usr/X11R6/include -I/usr/X11R6/include/freetype2
-U__APPLE__
-I/usr/X11R6/include -I/sw/include -I/usr/X11R6/include
-I/usr/X11R6/include/freetype2 -U__APPLE__
-I/usr/X11R6/include
-I/sw/include -I/usr/X11R6/include -c fl_set_fonts.cxx
In file included from fl_set_fonts.cxx:39:
