Nightlies are crashing

The latest nightly Firefox builds have been crashing on my
computer 
since sometime in early March. This happens as soon as I
start Firefox 
and I don't get a Talkback box so that I can send the crash
info back to 
Mozilla. I first started noticing this when I was trying out
the 
Minefield with the Firefox Portable instructions I saw at

but this also happens when I install Minefield alongside
Firefox 2.0.0.3 
using different profiles (I forget what site I got those
instructions 
from). It also still crashes even if I try a Minefield build
before I 
started having this problem.

Is there anyway I can fix this? I would like to test the
latest nightlies.

I'm using Windows XP SP2.

This makes me think it might be bug 331404. Perhaps the
datestamp on a
file was changed in early March.This would explain why
builds that
used to run fine now crash. Run the improved findold program
attached
to that bug to look for files with invalid modified dates in
the
windowssystem32 directory. This thread on Mozillazine has

For some reason I thought that this bug had been fixed on
gecko trunk
recently, but I've seen a few reports of it occurring
recently.

Actually, it's been fixed in NSS trunk, which isn't yet used
by Gecko. 
It would be nice to, I'd think...
