Popups problems in Firefox 2

I need to go into a website that only works with pops ups
allowed.  I
have set the option in FF to allow all popups but still it
will not
allow them.

I first had IE 6 on my XP Pro PC and upgraded to IE 7. 
Removed both
via the Windows options in Add/Remove programs and then
installed FF
2.

Any solutions for my problem?
