Well I have a little more information what I going on (or
not going on). 
Watching the debug output from op_server.pl, I see commands
going back and 
forth for the agents however I only see the flash server
issue a queuestatus 
command only on start or restart of op_server.pl.

Thanks for the quick response. I fixed the problem with the
Queue buttons. It
was exactly as you said.

I still am having a bit of a problem. This information in
the Queue and Agent
pop-ups doesnot update unless I kill the op_server.pl
process on the asterisk
server. When it respawns the information updates an is
correct as of that
time but it stays that way until I kill the process again.
What am I doing
wrong? My understanding is that the information should be
passed in close to
real time.

Sorry for the late response, try by adding
'eventwhencalled=yes' in the 
queue config (in queues.conf) and see if the stats are then
populated 
after each call. Regards,

Thanks, For the response - I figured it out over the weekend
but forgot to let 
you know. The eventwhencalled is not documented well.

I now am having problems getting barge to work. I have
meetme conferencing 
working. I can drag phones to a conference room and the
conference is setup 
ok, but if I have an agent talking to a customer that came
in from a queue 
and I drag a free phone on to the call the phone rings and
when the phone is 
answered it hangs up in a few seconds with out connecting to
the call. 

I followed your instructions to setup the barge functions
carefully to no 
avail. I have updated FOP to 0.26 and then to 0.27.

There is a problem with Trixbox and to get meetme
conferencing working, the 
meetme option 'a' must be set or bad things happen. With
it set everything is 
fine. This is posted on the Trixbox mail lists. Not sure if
this is what is 
affecting FOP.
