Click-to-dial with a url

I've searched the archives and the web and can't find an
answer. I've
been able to integrate the pop-up feature very nicely into
my web app
with ?mybutton= url= target=. I can't seem to figure out how
to get the
click-to-dial feature working. I've loaded the
click-to-dial.html page
but it doesn't seem to work. I'd like to just be able to
dial with a
url, something like: mybutton= dial=
 
Is that possible?
