Cannot access FOP from internet

 
I have been pulling my hair out for months trying to get
this to work.  I
have port 4445 forwarded on the router to the Asterisk
server.  I have
commented out the
"web_hostname=mylocalareanetworkip" line so I can
access
it internally and externally.

Is there anything else I need to do???  I have read all over
the place and
all I have found is what I did above.
