caller id and dynamic conferences

My caller ID has been acting rather strange.  For the
conference buttons,
both the number and the name will show up.  But on the
channel buttons I
have set up, it will only show up the number, unless I
comment it out in
clid_format in op_server.cfg.  Is there a way to show both?
Also, is there a way to monitor dynamic conferences.  I
would think through
the regexp button, perhaps but I'm not sure how.
