Hi Jassa,

Ah - I see the problem... It looks like the photo was
uploaded at
800x531 pixels so a large image wasn't actually created
(large images
are created for photos which are > 1000 pixels on their
largest side I
think).

If you put the photo id into Flickr's API Explorer:

http://www.flickr.com/services/api/expl
ore/?method=flickr.photos.getSizes

You will see that what flickr are reporting as the
"large" size is
infact the original image (shown by the _o in it's
filename).

To deal with photos like this you will need to call
photosGetSizes or
alternatively always try to use the original image...

Hope that helps,

Kelvin

Hi mate,

Thanks for that info - makes sense now!!

Trying to call the originalUrl I use
Flashr.getFlashr().photosGetSizes(thisPhoto.id);

Then if I use:

function onPhotosGetSizes(photo:Photo){
        trace(photo.getSizes());
 }

It traces:  [Object com.kelvinluck.flashr.core.PhotoSize -
1795518611
Square],[Object com.kelvinluck.flashr.core.PhotoSize -
1795518611
Thumbnail],[Object com.kelvinluck.flashr.core.PhotoSize -
1795518611
Small],[Object com.kelvinluck.flashr.core.PhotoSize -
1795518611
Medium],[Object com.kelvinluck.flashr.core.PhotoSize -
1795518611 Large]

But there is no original size in there. Any ideas?

Thanks for you help!
