Hi,

I'm afraid it's not possible due to a restriction in the way
Flash 8 
posts uploaded files. It is possible through AS3 - I think
there is an 
example somewhere on the web. The other alternative is to
use a proxy on 
your server - so the Flashr app uploads to your server and
then your 
server uploads to Flickr,
