I took a bit of a break from coding to do some
"infrastructure" stuff...We
now have our first official 2.0 (developer) build: 2.0.0.1,
available here
[1] ! W00t!
I configured the build server to start monitoring both the
1.8 branch and
the 2.0 branch. So from now on, commits to CVS in the 2.0
branch will
trigger an automated 2.0 build, with the resulting source
and binary zips
being posted to builds.flexwiki.com.
I also restructured the mailing lists a little bit. Builds
of the 1.8 branch
will now be emailed to both the flexwiki-users mailing list
and the
flexwiki-builds mailing list. It used to go only to
flexwiki-builds, which
forwarded to flexwiki-users. That's no longer the case -
both mailing lists
are now emailed directly. So the subject line of the build
messages should
be a bit less goofy.
Build emails on the 2.0 branch are sent only to
flexwiki-builds. I figure
there's going to be kind of a lot of these for a while, so
I decided not to
send them directly to the -users list. You'll need to
subscribe separately
to the -builds mailing list to get notifications of 2.0
builds. You can do
so at the flexwiki project site, http://sf.net/projec
ts/flexwiki.
Of course, at the moment, emails outbound from the build
server aren't being
delivered. This appears to be a DNS issue that I need to get
sorted out.
