Bugs found in latest build (2.0.0.12)

Thanks for committing it this quick.

I am still converting the 1.8 to 2.0 so it's still not yet
in
production. Got some small things to fix before I'm there.
Took the time
to set the project up with VS 2005 yesterday so now I can
debug it all
fully. If I find more bugs I will send them here.

OK, I committed the fix. Should appear in the next 2.0
build. 

How is 2.0 working for you? I think you might be the first
to use it in
production. Please let me know about any more problems you
find - I'm
happy to get the fixed integrated. The fact that you figured
out the fix
yourself makes me all the more included to help.
