fwiw,
your AT&T account gets tied to your yahoo account (aka, flickr
account) when you sign up for AT&T broadband. You would have gotten a
" username%40sbcglobal.net">username
sbcglobal.net" or some other sbc/att e-mail address. You
would have had the option then to link this to a Yahoo account, and
you are granted free access to the Flickr account for that user.
Technically, when you terminate your AT&T broadband service, you go
back to being a paid Flickr user. But if you were never a paid user,
you may not have a balance to fall back on, and they may have just
locked out the account.
Either way, you are going to have to e-mail their billing support.
