logging an user off their flickr account

I'm assuming it would be done exactly like you'd log an user in
normally, according to the authentication API spec

Its just that after you retrieve an frob, when you build the URL to
launch the browser that will log the user in, you use
\services\auth\fresh instead of \services\auth.
