I use Zoho Planner(a to-do app) regularly. It was working smoothly till I updated to the latest version(0.7.5.1). Whenever I log in the page stays still. I can't log in. I did a Shift+reload and I saw my pages. After I finished my work and logged out the whole UI become a mess. I can't log in again.
First I thought the issue lies in the Zoho Planner but after checking in Firefox and IE came to know the problem is with Flock.
I don't know what is causing. All other application is working fine.

I am fairly sure this problem is similar/identical to bug 3759. For now, I guess what you can do is that, when you log in and the page stays the same, always refresh the page.
