I downloaded the build from http://www.flock.com/beta. Dunno remember did Flcok asked me to import Fav and  accounts from previous version. I created everything on my own.

Naveen: Were you using the Cardinal builds of Flock prior this this 0.9 testing?  When you first started using the 0.9 beta through the link that Evan sent out, after you install the beta, did Flock open up with your settings and online favorites and favorite photo streams from the previous version of Flock?
