There will be a new MDMUG extension group meeting in Deland
on the
third Thursday of each month at 6 PM.
We will meeting in the back room of Molly Malone's Irish Pub
on
Speedway near Lowes.
Our first Deland meeting will be on January 18th.
We will be discussing the latest news from MacWorld in San
Francisco.
Our first speaker will be James Lee of Tropical Software. We
may also
have someone from Connecting Point.
We will have a raffle some smaller items at each meeting to
raise
funds to cover equipment and maintenance costs. Each ticket
will be $5.
If we raise $50 or more, we will have a larger item to
raffle.
For January (if we raise $50) there will be a choice of
either a set
of iLife 04, iLife 05 or iLife 06 discs,
Since each one has different requirements make sure to have
information on your processor, RAM and system when you come.
For February, we will have a copy of iWork 06.
If we reach $100, then the prize will be increased to a copy
of Mac
OS X 10.4 "Tiger".
Now there is only one copy of each of these, so don't wait
and find
they are gone.
NOTE: These prizes are NFRs from Apple and cannot be resold.
So reserve your seat, bring your money, support MDMUG and
MDMUG will
support you.
