Hi all,

I have my Apple 8600 networked with my Mac-Mini. When I insert CD  

media on the Mac-Mini, I'm able to see the Cd and my hard drive on my  

8600 except for my USB jump drive. What can it be?

If the jump drive shows up on the mini as a hard drive you
may need to 
access it over the network like another hard drive.  Or if
it shows up 
on the mini under the hard drive (click on the hard drive to
see if it 
shows up), then that is where it will be on the 8600, under
the mini 
hard drive.

Most cards "should" work, but it depends on if the card needs a  

driver for the newer operating system.



What is the type of card and what are the model and manufacturer?

Hi Allen,



any chance you may have some ram if any for the Apple G4s you gave me?

I have the G3 tower running smoothly with 3 hard drives. Also, let me  

know if you're chucking out any imacs
