The Mount Dora Macintosh Users Group ð (MDMUG) will be celebratingÊits Sixth Anniversary and you are invited to a very special meeting onÊTuesday, November 13th, 2007.
This eventÊwill be held upstairs* at A Third Place Pub & Cafe at 12 E. Magnolia Avenue in Eustis, Florida.
This event is open to the public and there is no charge to attend.
The meeting will begin at 6 PM with MDMUG's monthly beginner's session and Q&A (bring you questions and we will try to answer them). The main presentations will begin at 7 PM.
The upstairs room will be open at 5 PM for those wishing to have dinner. (the main floor and bar will be open for business as usual).
The topic for that evening will be "MacintoshÊOS X 10.5 "Leopard" - A New Breed of Cat".
Jim Sanders, from Connecting Point Computers, an Authorized AppleÊSales and Service center in Winter Park, Florida,Êwill be doing a presentation showcasing Apple's new operating system.
Dean Johnson, fromÊTurbyne eBusiness Solutions in Gainesville, Florida, will be discussing Filemaker Pro and basic Database programming.
There may be other speakers and presentations as well.
There will also be a raffle of many items provided by Lynda.com, NTI, Verbatim and many others. Tickets are just $10 each.
