I have a snow iMac G3 CDRW (600 MHz I believe) that came in to have
the CDRW replaced. The rest of the unit works perfectly.
After putting in a replacement CDRW, the CD seems to get stuck halfway
in.
NOTE: This computer had a bunch of pets (roaches) that have been
fumigated, vacuumed and cleaned out and are now deceased or living in
another Zip code. It is now safe for any household (I have had it in
mine and It would not have come into my place if it wasn't safe to do
so as I have a near phobia of roaches from my college days.) So, If
you are finicky, pass this one up.
Here is the deal.
I have removed the hard drive and RAM and CDRW.
I no longer want to mess with this baby as it is not going to make me
back what I will put into it.
It is free to anyone who wants to come and get it and work on it.
