Update notifier quirks

 Please update Flyspray. Your current version is 0.9.9
RC3-dev and the latest version is 0.9.9RC2. (remind me
later)

huh ? out flyspray runs the latest code, available on the
0.9.9
branch, which is of course not RC2, but a later, no yet
released
version. and there is nothing wrong with that, (hint. it
says "dev"
for that reason)

anyway. a new release is coming in a few days.

I am running the latest revision too, but thought this was a
bug.
