if it wont work as you say, it will atm, throw a not so nice
PHP fatal
error if there is an error.
care to elaborate what the problem is ?

If there is a problem , even if you have something
misconfigured it
will currently throw a raw/ugly PHP fatal error, that is
'cause that
stuff is in rewritting process and does not have
"nice" error control
atm.
