After some tests i've restartet the apache and then the
notification are coming, every 10 minute the same 6
notifications :(
If i'm disabling the background notification, no
notifications are coming, background active and the same
mails are coming again...

If there is a problem , even if you have something
misconfigured it
will currently throw a raw/ugly PHP fatal error, that is
'cause that
stuff is in rewritting process and does not have
"nice" error control
atm.

yes, seems the new "send in background" stuff does
not wokr properly
and duplicate losts of emails, Im having the same problem.

Well, messages will not be deleted from DB if sending
failes. So you 
should make sure that both Jabber and email is working
properly.
