Email and Jabber usage

Hi all.

I am referring to these two tasks:
FS#961 — Email bug reporting
FS#1093 — add comment on a task with jabber

Before we start implementing these features, we have to
think about 
*what* we want being able to do and *how* we want to do it
(syntax of 
the messages).
So far I think about adding a comment to a task which could
look like

task:1234
comment: this is my comment,maybe
even multiline.

What other actions would you like? Create a new task? Modify
tasks? Get 
a list of tasks? Or can you think about a better syntax? Let
me know
