Adding buttons to the toolbar

You add it to the toolbars model available actions, by
loading a xml
file like this into the model:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<toolbars version="1.0">
  <available>
    <toolitem name="MyItem" />
  </available>
</toolbars>
