Rewrites again

Hi list

Bit stuck on this.

I'd like to use a csw-rule and policy to do two things for
one VIP:

1. rewrite 443 requests to 80
2. rewrite any request to a URL to the root of the namespace
E.g. http://www.ser
ver.com/page1/index.html 
  rewritten to http://www.server.com/

Any help would be great thanks,
