Programmer/admin needed in Dana Point, CA

We are a small (10 people) company located in Dana Point,
CA.  Right  
on the coast halfway between LA and San Diego.  3 blocks to
the beach  
from the office.

We are looking for a programmer to work with our designers
developing  
and maintaining the dynamic portions of our websites. 
Programming is  
a mix of C, perl, python and a little bit of java. 
Environment is  
all FreeBSD servers running Apache and mysql.

Flash programming would be a real plus but is not required.

Basic knowledge of networking/routing/sendmail is also
necessary but  
it doesn't need to be in depth.  We'll teach you what you
don't know  
as long as you're eager to learn.
