Can't charge mobile from USB

Odd, cant charge my mobile when 
in FreeBSD?

(Mobi reports unsufficent charge
current!)

Works fine that 'other OS' :(

How do I control / check the USB 
port status ?

strange, works just fine for me . check if other devices
connected to the port
arent using too much power.

Laptop Thinkpad, USB2 port. Mobile phone is a Razr V3X
