cups-base woes

I've been trying to portupgrade cups-base for a week now,
every time I 
cvsup my ports I get a different error message, now this is
the latest 
one.  Any ideas on how to fix this or can someone direct me
to the this 
package so I don't have to build it?

Is your PHP install from src or Ports?
