Port Updates for 6.1

What is the safest and cleanest way to update the ports in
/usr/ports for a
6.1-STABLE install? I don't want to risk breaking anything,
I just need some
updated ports so I can install the latest SpamAssassin
port.

csup(1) should be able to do the same kind of thing.
